TROY CENTER SANITARY DISTRICT - RESOLUTION NO. _2026-01_
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE FILING OF A PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION CONVENTIONAL RATE CASE
WHEREAS, the Commission of the Troy Center Sanitary District #1 (District) understands the importance of remote monitoring allowing for early detection of issues, enabling timely maintenance to prevent problems; and
WHEREAS, the Commission understands the importance of keeping the components of a water system in good repair to ensure a reliable and efficient water supply system ; and
WHEREAS, funds are needed to install an electronic monitoring system and repair curb stops and main water valves;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Commission of the Troy Center Sanitary District #1, Walworth County, Wisconsin, that the District shall apply for a conventional rate case through the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin to provide debt service coverage for installing a remote monitoring system and repairs to curb stops and main water valves.
